Through a range of Schools Engagement programs and events (both in schools, on campus and online) our Future Student Engagement, Widening Participation and Indigenous Engagement teams engage and inspire primary and secondary school students to see the unlimited possibilities that await them in higher education.
There are several Community Engagement events throughout the year which are created and open to members of the community. Furthermore, Western recognises the outstanding contribution of individuals in Western Sydney through our involvement in various awards programs including the 7News Young Achiever Awards and Zest Awards.
Our students bring energy, creativity and new ideas to your business as well as specialist skills in their field. All Western courses and programs include practical, applied learning elements to provide our students with work-ready skills. Organisations can engage with Western and our students through a range of student opportunities including learning experiences and placements, paid internships and employment opportunities, scholarships and Giving opportunities.
