Applying for a pathways program at The College is easy. You can choose from our wide range of University Foundation Studies and Diploma programs offering alternative entry options to Western Sydney University. The College will help you achieve your study goals, even if your ATAR is low or you have no ATAR at all.
Once you've chosen your course, make sure you read the entry requirements carefully before you apply.
University Foundation Studies
To apply for Foundation Studies, you need to go through the Western Sydney portal.
To find out when our online applications open and close, and for term dates head to the Important Dates section.
Please note, domestic students must be 18 years or over. Applicants who are 17 years of age will be eligible for an offer if they have completed the HSC or other Year 12 studies or equivalent.
To apply for a Diploma, you can lodge an application directly via the Western Sydney portal (no application fee) or go through the University Admissions Centre (UAC) and put your chosen diploma on your preference list, just like you would for a university degree. To apply for programs without a UAC code, please contact The College (see below).
Please note, domestic students wanting to study an Integrated Diploma/Bachelor course must have an ATAR (or equivalent) of 55. Domestic students wanting to study an Extended Diploma must have completed year 12 or be 17 years or over at commencement of the course.
