Thesis Title:

Development of 3D Prefabricated Modules for Multi-story Building

Research Project:

Increasing demand for housing worldwide is one of the most critical and challenging issues. In this regard, the speed of construction and its quality and reliability are the most essential approaches. Therefore, 3D prefabricated modular buildings play a significant role in this matter. This research aims to improve the design of 3D prefabricated modules, considering the mentioned issues specifically for mid-rise buildings. Engagement with the standards and demands of the industry through exact analysis and iterative refinement will offer improved structural integrity as well as overall performance. Ultimately, this research effort is an acceptable solution for the construction industry by delivering superior quality and streamlined processes for mid-rise building projects.
