What do I need to bring?
Bring your documents in hard copy (original + colour copy), or email them: studentcompliance@westernsydney.edu.au
Documents to Have Ready:
- Student ID Card
- NSW Health Forms
- National Police Check
- Vaccination Record Card (if you have one)
- Medicare AIR / Immunisation History Statement
- Serology Reports (blood tests)
- Any other vaccination evidence you hold
Why attend?
- Get one-on-one support from the Student Compliance team
- Stay organised, on track, and placement-ready
- Ask questions, get clarity, and avoid delays
Important Notes
- No booking required — busy times may mean a short wait.
- Aggressive or abusive behaviour will result in being asked to leave.
- Bring all evidence you currently hold for us to review and guide you.
- Zoom sessions: Your camera MUST be on when speaking with the team.
