Mock Bail Application

At Western Sydney University, we believe it’s important that students receive practical experience in the law. When a person is charged with an offence, they can either be released on bail, or they have to remain in custody.

The following video demonstrates a Bail Application based on hypothetical situations and is presented by current first year law students.
