Before arrival

1. Activate your account

If you've accepted your offer and received your confirmation of enrolment (eCOE), the next step is to activate your student account.

This will give you access to all our online services, including your student email account, My Student Records (MySR), the Library and more. You'll need your Western Student ID number.

You can find this number on your Offer of Admission letter.

Student email

Email is the official communication channel at Western Sydney University. We send important information about your enrolment, exams, results etc to your student email account Opens in new window, not by post, so it's important that you check it regularly - every day if you can or at least twice a week. Your student email address is studentid@student.westernsydney.edu.au

2. Explore your subject options

You can find your program on the Academic Handbook page. When you search for your program, click on 'sequence' for the current recommended subject selections for your session.

3. Check your class timetable

You can view class schedules on the Class Timetable page.

4. Enrol in your subjects

You can enrol in your subjects through MySR.

5. Finalise your class registration

Once you have enrolled in your subjects through MySR, you can use Allocate+ to select your preferred tutorial times and other classes.
