Biography

Dr. Pegah Marandi is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Education at Western Sydney University and a Researcher in the Centre for Educational Research (CER). She has been teaching and researching in higher education for over 10 years. With an interest in Higher Education, EAL/D Learners, International Students' Journeys, Initial Teacher Education, and English Literature, she has built an academic and research portfolio in Australia and overseas.

I am interested in the following research topics: AI, Literacy, and EAL/D Learners, Pre-service Teachers’ Perceptions and Experience of Diversity and Inclusion, Pre-Service Teachers’ Dispositions; Attitudes; and Beliefs, Community Languages, Linguistic and Cultural Diversity, Teaching and Cultural Diversity, English Literature.
