Research

The rate of knowledge and understanding in the areas of health and medical research has grown exponentially.

At the School of Medicine, our researchers work across across all modes of research to address a range of challenges facing our community. You may find them in laboratories working at a molecular level, working with medical students to improve educational practice, with patients in outpatient clinics in our local hospitals or with teams in Aboriginal Medical Services around the country.

This work is undertaken by experts in their field, and they are also training the next generation of researchers.

Because this work won't be finished tomorrow.

These pages are designed to give you an idea of some of the areas that we are working in, but that's just a snapshot.
