Psychology Clinic
Western Psychology Clinic is staffed by provisionally registered psychologists currently undertaking postgraduate training at Western Sydney University. The Clinic functions as a progressive clinical teaching and research facility that engages the students and Greater Western Sydney community.

The Clinical Psychology pathway (4 + 2): two-year internship of supervised practice as a provisionally registered psychologist
The Professional Psychology pathway (5 + 1): fifth year of study is completed at an education provider, followed by a one-year internship of supervised practice as a provisionally registered psychologist.
Completion of the course will lead to full registration allowing you to be ready to make a real difference to people's lives in counselling, hospitals, mental health services, private practice, family and community-based services, law and corrections and in educational settings such as schools and universities.
Graduates of this degree can look forward to career opportunities as a clinical psychologist working in research, academia, hospitals, clinics, mental health and community centres, rehabilitation and alcohol centres, and family and community services.
The Graduate Diploma in Psychology is an accredited undergraduate fourth year program and is an alternative method to fourth year honours. Entry into this course is limited to students who have completed an approved accredited three-year undergraduate sequence in Psychology (or an approved accredited bridging sequence such as the Graduate Diploma of Psychological Studies) at an institution other than Western Sydney University in the last 10 years.
The Graduate Diploma of Psychological Studies prepares graduates for an accredited fourth year in Psychology; it does not comprise such a fourth year. Students who wish to complete an honours year can apply for the Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honours) after they have completed this course.
