Yes, the Master of Creative Music Therapy course at Western is one of two accredited Music Therapy Courses in Australia. After you complete your studies, you are eligible to apply for registration as a Registered Music Therapist (RMT) with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA) which qualifies you to practice professionally.

The Philosophy Research Initiative at Western is one of the strongest concentrations in Continental Philosophy in Australasia, presenting students with a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of philosophy today. You can choose to study a Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate or Masters in Continental Philosophy. If you wish to continue to a PhD, the Master of Arts in Continental Philosophy articulates with the research pathway degree (Master of Research) in the second year.
