Zoom is free to download and easy to access from PC’s, laptops, tablets and smart phones. Install Zoom via the link below. Once downloaded, you can sign in through your app or online.

Our Master of Teaching programs are one-and-a-half to two years full-time or four-years part-time.

The Master of Teaching programs at Western are initial teacher degrees for those wishing to obtain a qualification to become a teacher. The Master of Education programs (with some exceptions) are for those who already have a teaching degree and are wanting to upskill or specialise further.

Yes, the Master of Teaching degrees (Birth5-/Birth-12, Primary and Secondary) are all accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

The Master of Teaching (Birth-5/Birth-12) allows you to choose an early exit to become a qualified early-childhood (Birth-5 Year) teacher or complete an additional six months to graduate with a primary-school teaching qualification as well (Birth-12).

  • The Master of Teaching (Primary) comprises two 30-day placements.
  • The Master of Teaching (Secondary) comprises two 30-day placements.
  • The Master of Teaching (Birth to 5/Birth to 12 Years) comprises a total of 100 days placement.

The placements consist of one 10-day placement with children under age two, a 15-day placement with children between two-three years old, a 35-day placement with children aged three-five years old, a 20-day placement with children in school years K-2 and another 20-day placement with children in school years 3-6.
