Western Sydney University Business School is proud to unveil its redesigned Bachelor of Business, launching in 2026 – a bold step toward shaping the next generation of business leaders.

This future-focused program equips students with the skills, mindset, and experience needed to thrive in an AI-driven, digitally connected world. Delivered by expert academics and supported by cutting-edge learning environments, the degree blends technological innovation with social purpose, preparing graduates to lead with agility, integrity, and impact.

At the helm of this transformation is Professor Hind Benbya, Dean of the Business School and a globally recognized expert in AI and digital innovation.

Professor Benbya said she is committed to giving students a competitive edge while inspiring them to become catalysts for change.

“By integrating emerging technologies, ethical frameworks, and real-world collaboration with industry into every stage of the program, we’re equipping students to lead with purpose and shape a more inclusive, innovative future,” said Professor Benbya.

The 2026 Bachelor of Business places a strong emphasis on the intersection of business, technology, and social impact. Students will critically engage with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), explore sustainable business strategies, and develop the ability to lead in a global, digital-first context.

With employability embedded from the beginning, students gain hands-on experience through industry placements, global study opportunities, and real-world projects. This practical focus ensures graduates are not only job-ready but future-ready—equipped to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change across sectors.

The 2026 Bachelor of Business empowers students to personalise their studies by choosing from ten forward-looking majors, each designed to reflect the evolving demands of industry and society. These include: Accounting, Applied Finance and FinTech, Business Analytics, Marketing and MarTech, Economics, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management, Property, and Sport Management.

Across these majors, students will explore emerging subject areas such as AI-informed decision-making, digital marketing technologies, financial innovation, and sustainable enterprise design. The program fosters capabilities in data storytelling, strategic agility, and interdisciplinary problem-solving, preparing graduates for diverse career pathways – from corporate leadership to entrepreneurial ventures.

Western Sydney Business School is proudly AACSB accredited, a mark of global excellence that reflects its commitment to high-quality, impactful education.
