The Australian Media Literacy Alliance

Our media literacy research projects have informed the development of The Australian Media Literacy Alliance. The Alliance brings together key public institutions to tackle the challenges of media literacy education as a national priority.

Museums, archives, libraries, public broadcasters, school and universities already play a significant role in supporting of key institutions and networked organisations who are well-positioned to tackle this national priority.

AMLA Members

The Purpose

AMLA members collaborate to enable the development of a united approach to media literacy in Australia, to the benefit of all citizens. Our efforts focus on supporting lifelong learning especially for those who may be vulnerable to disinformation or digital exclusion.
