International SOS (ISOS)
The University’s Travel Risk Management provider is International SOS (ISOS) and they provide the University's travel risk management services.
The University has engaged the services of ISOS to assist travellers to assess, manage and monitor risk prior to, and during international travel. ISOS provides the traveller with access to 24 hour expert advice and assistance before travel, while abroad and / or in an emergency.
Various services include, but are not limited to:
- Security advice, traveller tracking and assistance,
- Emergency medical services,
- Emergency extraction services, and
- Travel advice
