Poster submissions
The CCGrid 2026 posters present original, unpublished work and showcase the latest breakthroughs in Cluster, Cloud, and Internet computing. Topics should align with the conference scope and tracks.
Submission guidelines
- By submitting, you agree to the poster being displayed and presented at CCGrid 2026 in Sydney, Australia.
- Keep poster papers short (2 to 4 pages).
- Use the IEEE conference template via EasyChair.
- When submitting papers, select 'CCGrid2026 Posters' to ensure correct assignment.
- Presenters must be registered CCGrid 2026 participants.
- The recommended poster size is a maximum of A0 portrait (841×1189 mm) or A1 portrait (594×841 mm).
- Presenters create, print, and transport posters. Organisers provide boards, numbers, topic areas, tape, etc.
Review
Submissions are peer-reviewed and evaluated on:
- quality of presentation
- scientific content
- relevance to the conference.
Accepted posters
- Authors must register and present their posters at the conference.
- Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings.
Best Poster award
A Best Poster award will be presented to the most accomplished CCGrid 2026 poster selected by the Poster PC. The winner receives a certificate and a prize.
Important dates
- Poster paper submission: 28 February
- Notification of acceptance: 5 March 2026
- Camera-ready paper submission: 15 March 2026
- Conference: 18 to 21 May
