Instructions for camera-ready papers

This page has instructions for submitting your camera-ready paper for publication.

For your accepted paper, one of the co-authors (authorised by the other co-authors) should follow the steps below to submit the final version (the camera-ready). We use the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) to collect the camera-ready paper.

Requirements for publication

• Use the IEEE manuscript template for conference proceedings.
• Use PDF eXpress to validate and convert your camera-ready files to PDF format.
• Check that the correct PDF eXpress conference ID is used.
• At least one author registers for the conference at the full author rate.
• Ensure formatting and verification comply with IEEE Xplore®.
• Upload your camera-ready following the instructions on the IEEE CPS submission page, including the copyright release.

Important dates

The deadline for completing all these steps is 22 March 2026.
