Instructions for manuscript papers
Before you submit
- Follow the technical paper structure.
- Ensure a maximum of 10 US letter-size pages, including references, figures and tables.
- Use the IEEE manuscript template for conference proceedings.
- Submissions need to be double-blind, keeping authors and reviewers anonymous.
- Read and understand IEEE Submission and Peer Review Policies, especially timely topics like Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text.
After acceptance
- You can purchase up to two additional pages beyond the original 10 pages (excluding references) for the final manuscript, to address comments received from the reviewers.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
- Final papers need to be camera-ready.
Review criteria
All manuscripts will be reviewed and judged on:
- correctness
- originality
- technical strength
- significance
- quality of presentation
- relevance to the conference attendees.
Submitted papers must represent original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal.
Important dates
- Abstract submission deadline: 21 December 2025 (AoE)
- Paper submission deadline: 21 December 2025 (AoE)
- Notification of acceptance: 10 February 2026
- Camera-ready submission: 15 March 2026
- Conference dates: 18 to 21 May 2026
