Students

• Update parking permit details
  Select change vehicle registration or address from the 'request type' menu.
• Request a replacement when permit has been lost, damaged or not received
  Select permit replacement from the 'request type' menu.

Staff

• Apply for an annual permit by salary sacrifice/salary deduction
  For ongoing staff, or those on a fixed-term contract of six months or more.

• Upgrade or downgrade a salary sacrificed parking permit.
  Select staff as the applicant type, then change permit type from the 'request type' menu.
• Purchase a half-yearly or annual parking permit via our secure portal
  Any staff who wish to purchase their permit up front, or those on a casual or short term contract.
• Apply for a red bay approval code
