WELLBEING TOOLS FOR STAFF

These tools are designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of all staff and managers, emphasizing the university's commitment to valuing employees beyond their professional roles. They serve a dual purpose: assisting individuals in managing their own mental health and enabling managers to proactively support their team's mental health and wellbeing.

By offering resources such as psychological first aid, wellbeing plans, and access to a variety of health and support programs, the university aims to ensure that everyone—working individually or as a team—receives the necessary support to thrive both personally and professionally.

Managers, in particular, are encouraged to utilise these tools not only for their personal benefit but also as a means to foster a supportive and healthy work environment for their staff.

FLU VACCINATION

The University will provide staff with the opportunity to receive a free influenza (flu) vaccination again this year.

Yearly influenza vaccination is recommended for people aged six months and over. Getting a flu vaccination every year helps to ensure you are protected from the influenza virus, and helps to stop the spread of this highly contagious infection.
