Change Management Support for Staff and Leaders
Change can be challenging, daunting and stressful, or it can be easy or somewhere in between for staff and their leaders. How we navigate change comes down to our experiences.
When you have tools and knowledge about what to do when work gets difficult, the benefits and relief that this brings can be life-changing. With this in mind, the Work Health, Safety & Wellbeing Unit has collaborated with EAP to offer tailored packages for individual staff and/or teams to help support staff through the significant change the University is currently going through.
It is our goal to support staff in developing a mindset that makes them feel confident and prepared to manage the outcomes of the restructure and help build flexibility and adaptability.
Below you will find the recorded webinars from the sessions offered to staff, these will be available until September 2021.
