Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC)

The Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the University’s strategic position is clearly communicated, both internally and externally. In March/April 2020, we ran a series of discovery and detailed design workshops with teams within OMC.

In the design phase, we worked with staff across OMC to design forms and workflows within ServiceNow.  This will all be backed by process mapping to help guide the progression of OMC services, plus developing more knowledge articles to help you find your answers more easily.

We have now commenced the Build phase, working with staff across OMC.  This phase is also informed by a range of voices from students, Schools, Divisions and Institutes, through our Customer Reference Group, to make sure that the forms and workflows designed work for everyone who needs to use them.  We plan to go live with the new forms in November 2020.
