Partnering with Western's Service Areas
Starting in 2018, the University made the decision to improve service delivery with the ultimate goal of providing a positive user experience for both staff and students.
To do this, it was recognised that WesternNow's success was reliant the partnership that our ESM Program and our service areas would need to develop over time to ensure a great outcome. As the service areas will manage and continuously improve WesternNow for a long time to come, the ESM program worked closely and ensured that steps were taken to enable each area in terms of their people, processes, strategies and the technology.
