R U OK? Day

Join us for R U OK? Day events on Thursday, 2 September 2025, 10 am – 12 pm. This year, we are hosting events across Western campuses and online. R U OK? Day is a National Day of Action across Australia, and reminds us to take time to check-in with our friends, family and colleagues and ask R U OK?
R U OK? Day is about caring and fostering a sense of community. It encourages being aware of others, checking how people are doing, sometimes having difficult conversations, asking what people need and connecting them to appropriate support if required.
Join us for R U OK? Day events, across our campuses, including Morning Meditation, Free Morning Tea, and Student and Staff Support Services Stall. Chat with staff from Wellbeing Services, Pat a Pet Therapy Dog and participate a Mindfulness Colouring to focus on the present moment with surroundings.
Remember, support is always available. Find out more about Student Support and Staff Support.
We hope to see you there!
