R U OK? Day at Western 2026
Join us for R U OK? Day events on Monday, 21 September 2026, 10am – 12pm. This year, we are hosting events across Western campuses. R U OK? Day is a National Day of Action across Australia, and reminds us to take time to check-in with our friends, family and colleagues and ask R U OK?
R U OK? Day is about caring and fostering a sense of community. It encourages being aware of others, checking how people are doing, sometimes having difficult conversations, asking what people need and connecting them to appropriate support if required.
Join us for R U OK? Day events, across our campuses, including Free Morning Tea, Collaborative Artwork, Pet Therapy Dogs, Student and Staff Support Services Stall, and a Yarning Circle.
Remember, support is always available. Find out more about Student Support and Staff Support.
We hope to see you there!
