Anxiety is a natural reaction that everyone experiences, however for some people anxiety prevents them from reaching their goals. When the body triggers an anxiety response you essentially feel nervous. You may have felt this way before an exam or had a mental block within an exam. If you want to master your anxiety and stay in your peak performance zone come to this workshop.
