Description

By regularly doing mindfulness exercises you may find you can Effectively handle feelings - or develop emotional resilience - so mindfulness helps us cope with negative feelings such as stress and negatively around exams. Enable thoughts to come and go without getting caught up in them and being present and engaged - so not allowing our minds to be cluttered and be attentive to new material. And also Improve concentration which is always a welcomed state of mind for exam preparation.
