Week 12: The Werrington North site

Werrington North Campus was part of the UWS Nepean twenty five years ago this week. This site was first owned by Europeans in 1806 when it was part of a land grant to Mary Putland (Govenor Bligh’s daughter).

Week 11: The Parramatta South site

Twenty five years ago this week Parramatta South Campus at Rydalmere was a psychiatric hospital. This site began in 1813 with the establishment of the Female Orphan School, later becoming the Protestant Orphan School.
