Dr Ferfolja is an award-winning academic who has taught equity and social justice issues to pre-service teachers for over a decade. Tania's teaching approach is informed by her desire to influence, motivate and inspire her students to think critically about diversity and its intersections with education. Tania builds pre-service teachers' understandings of diversity by connecting teaching to broader communities and highlights the importance of these connections for improving students' lives.
