Her research aims to improve quality of life for older adults, particularly those affected by dementia, using interdisciplinary approaches that span lifestyle, medical, sociocultural, and environmental initiatives. She is an avid brain health advocate using mixed methods research to co-create, implement, and evaluate brain health initiatives that promote awareness, diversity, and inclusion practices.
