Biography
Dr Lim has spent twelve years in rural Western Australia influencing primary health reform and improving patient care prior to joining academia. Dr Lim has a research interest in planning for responsive primary healthcare services informed by the WHO's Shanghai Declaration, underpinned by equity and collaborative partnership. His research projects largely revolved around appropriate use of Emergency Departments and hospitals.
