Summer Scholarships: Call for Projects

The call for project proposals for the 2018/2019 summer scholarship program has now closed.

The Summer Scholarship program provides an excellent opportunity for undergraduate students to learn more about University research. The program is designed to provide students with a placement in a formal research setting where they are supervised by an academic staff member over the Summer period. Over this 8 week period, students conduct supervised research, and in turn, are paid a $3500 scholarship stipend.

As in previous years, Schools and Institutes are asked to submit up to 10 projects for consideration, which is followed by an application process coordinated for students through Jobs on Campus.  THRI members are able to lodge projects through THRI and need to submit their project proposals to Elizabeth Conroy on by Friday 20 July.
