Once you've chosen your course, make sure you read the International Academic Requirements (PDF, 173.4 KB) carefully to make sure you meet them to improve your chances of being accepted.
Please note the information in the publication is correct as at 16 October 2015, and Western Sydney University reserves the right to vary information.
How to Apply
The College is excited to announce that our new international online application and admissions system Studylink Connect is now live and ready for you to submit your application for admission to the University or The College.
If you have not previously applied for admission to Western Sydney University or The College, you can submit your application for admission to the University and upload all your supporting documents here
If you have already submitted your application to the University and received confirmation and a Western Sydney University Student ID, your application record has been transferred to our new online system. Studylink Connect will send you an email with your username (typically your email address) and give you the URL link to reset your password so you can login and check the status of your application.
If you need help with the new application system, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Alternatively, you can contact our International Admissions Team at email@example.com
Please note: The Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) states that international students must attend at least 80% of their classes to fulfil their visa requirements. You will be marked absent from class even if you have a medical certificate. The College must inform DIBP if a student does not comply with the requirements of their student visa. For this reason, it is your responsibility to check the requirements of your visa before taking leave.
What Happens Next?
You'll be notified as to whether your application was successful or unsuccessful in writing. If you have been made an offer, you'll receive a personalised Offer Pack, including an Offer of Admission which will outline the course you've been offered, tuition fees, costs for Compulsory Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), orientation details, course dates and a few other things.
Once you've got your offer, you will be able to enrol. Take a look at our International Students page for more information on coming to Australia.
We look forward to seeing you!
