Evidence of community participation
Following are examples of evidence of community participation, to assist you with your application.

Certificates
Certificates should clearly show your name, the organisation/company and date.
Some examples of the types of certificates that could be submitted are:
- Duke of Edinburgh Award
- Certificates for Participation
- Certificates of Appreciation, and
- Certificates of Completion
References
References can be in the format of a letter.
Where possible, references should be on company letterhead. The reference should contain the referee’s full name, position, organisation/company and contact details.
The information in the email should include (a) an outline of the activity and (b) the number of hours involved.
Email Correspondence
Evidence of community participation in the form of an email can be submitted as a screenshot (e.g. JPG file, PNG file) or as a PDF document.

Other evidence
Other forms of evidence of community participation will be considered.
The artefact should contain your full name and provide as much detail as possible. Other forms of evidence could be an item in the media, an article in a publication, content on an official school website, etc.
