The Academy partnered with the Western Sydney Community Forum to offer Academy students the opportunity to undertake an intensive and transformative Adaptive Leadership Program. This exclusive opportunity focused not only on enhancing professional competencies to navigate leadership challenges but also on personal development to enable effective leadership. Each session was designed to catalyse learning and growth, enhancing participants' knowledge and expertise in leading adaptive processes to bring about positive, systemic change.
