How to become a PASS Facilitator
PASS facilitators are students who demonstrate an excellent understanding of their studies and who have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
To be considered as a PASS facilitator you must:
- Have achieved a distinction or high distinction in the unit you wish to facilitate
- Be a current Western Sydney University student
- Commit to running at least one PASS session weekly for the entire teaching session

PASS Facilitator Recruitment Update
Recruitment for new PASS Facilitators for Spring 2025 has now concluded.
PASS Program recruitment is held twice each year; commencing in April and September. Eligible students, who have recently completed their subject, are contacted and invited to apply for available positions. If you have any questions, please get in touch via email: pass@westernsydney.edu.au
