About Wellbeing Services
We offer a range of wellbeing services to support your studies and overall wellbeing. If you are unsure which service is right for you, please call 1300 668 370 (Option 5) to speak with one of our friendly staff.
All services are free and confidential.
Our Services
Counselling can help if you are experiencing challenges that may affect your studies or if you want to improve your wellbeing and academic performance.
- Our counsellors are qualified social workers and psychologists
- Support for a wide range of personal, emotional, and study-related concerns
- Available to current onshore students
- Free, short-term, confidential support
Appointments
- Duration: 50 minutes
- Delivery: Online, phone, or in person
- Availability in person: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Locations: Multiple campuses
The Disability Service supports students living with a disability, chronic health condition, mental health condition, or temporary injury (e.g. broken limb).
- Available to future and current students
- Free and confidential advice, assistance, and advocacy

The Welfare Service supports students experiencing life challenges that may impact their wellbeing or studies.
We can help with:
- Financial hardship
- Advocacy
- Accommodation
- University applications and processes
- Support for Student Carers, International Students, and Asylum Seeker Scholarship holders

- Duration: 30 minutes
- Delivery: Online, phone, or in person
- Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Locations: Multiple campuses
How to Make a Booking

Open the Wellbeing Service - Booking form

Select the service you wish to book with:
- Counselling
- Disability
- Welfare
Appointment Type Options

Book with a specific staff member (if you know who you want to see)

Book with the next available Counsellor / Disability Advisor / Welfare Officer

Initial Consultation (for first-time Disability Service registration – shows 2-hour appointments)

“I need help now – I don’t feel safe”
- Select this option if you don’t feel safe and need immediate support. Our team will be notified and will contact you as soon as possible.
Selecting Your Appointment Time
- Click Book Now
- Choose the service type (online, phone, or campus location)
- Select a suitable date and time from the calendar
- Complete your details
- Read and tick the acknowledgement
- Click Book
You will receive a confirmation email to your student email account, which includes appointment details and a calendar invite.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Appointment
You can manage your booking using the confirmation email.
To Reschedule
- Click Reschedule in the email
- Select a new date and time
- Enter your details
- Click Update Booking
To Cancel
- Click Cancel Booking
- Confirm when prompted
