Neurodivergence Hub
Welcome to a friendly space for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent –formally diagnosed or simply neurocurious.
Neurodivergent Study Skills
This neuroaffirming study skills video was developed by clinicians from Bluebird Psychology (Castle Hill).
The video recognises neurodiversity as a natural and valid way of being, and takes a strengths‑based approach to learning rather than a deficit‑focused one. It explores practical study strategies through a capacity lens — including time management, procrastination, and stress‑reduction — with a focus on working with how different brains function, not against them.
The aim is to support students to understand their learning patterns with more self‑compassion, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable learning habits.
