Biography
Robyn is a senior lecturer within the School of Nursing and Midwifery, at Western Sydney University. She has over 20 years teaching experience in both academic and clinical environment. Her clinical experience covers cardiology, general surgical and cardio-thoracics. Robyn’s teaching responsibilities have spanned areas such as critical thinking, pathophysiology, nursing practice (high dependency/Critical Care) , leadership and change management. She is currently the Director of the Casual Workforce & Program Resource Planning. Her research and is in the areas of quality and sessional academic staff and the psychophysiological manifestations and management of of performance anxiety.
