Biography

Christine Hutchison has been a member of the academic staff since 1987. Christine is currently the academic program advisor for the Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Food), Bachelor of Science (Innovative Foods) and the Bachelor of Medical Science (Human Nutrition) . Her teaching expertise is in the areas of Food Product Development, Experimental Foods and Food Formulations. Christine holds an undergraduate degree in education, a Masters in Science and Technology specialising in meat science and a PhD in venison quality.
