Biography

Mary achieved the award Doctor of Philosophy in 2014 from the University of Lincoln, New Zealand for her thesis 'Organizational decision-making and strategic product creation in the context of business sustainability outcomes: theoretical synthesis and empirical findings'. 

Her primary research interests are in the area of decision making in SMEs, and how these decisions impact upon the social, the environmental and the financial benefits of organisations.  Her recent publication involved co-authoring a book chapter titled: Supply Chain Management and the Delivery of Ecosystems Services in Manufacturing which appeared in the 2013 edition of Ecosystems Services in Agricultural and Urban Landscapes (pp 157 - 177): John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Mary is currently working on the publication of her thesis as a research monograph after a review by Routledge, Taylor and Francis publishing group.
