Biography
Erika (she/them) is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Social Sciences. She has been a recipient of a competitive Research Grant (2021) at WSU to investigate: 'Precarity, Pandemic and Gender: How Did Casual Academic Women Experience Teaching at the Time of COVID-19?' and received an Award for her presentation of this work at the 2022 HERDSA conference. Erika is a peer reviewer for Gender and Education and co-editor of the Australian Educational Researcher's Special Edition journal. She is currently working on several co-publications from the Gender Matters ARC project as well as her own forthcoming paper.
