Biography

As a lecturer at the Western Sydney University School of Business, I facilitate learning of undergraduate and post graduate students on Organisational Behaviour, Managing in the Global Context and Managing in the Global Environment units. Besides teaching, I also coordinate these units as the Unit Coordinator. I have published a number of ABDC ranked journals in collaboration with academics from the Central Queensland University, Bond University, University of Melbourne and RMIT University. I am supervising a number of PhD students at Western Sydney University. I am a member of professional bodies such as the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI),  Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and Western Sydney University Humanitarian and Development Research Initiative (HADRI). I am also engaged with industry bodies and community organisations. Besides my role as an academic, I was a member of the advisory council for Queensland Government's Minister for Multicultural Affairs and a board member of the Regional Opportunities Australia (ROA). I am also a member of  the Ethnic Communities Council of NSW.
