Student Helpers Required

The School of Nursing and Midwifery is always looking for ways to improve and include student perspective in all that we do. In particular, there are a number of ways student voices can be heard and assist the School.

One way is to assist with tours in the Clinical Practice Units (CPU) and at University Open Days. CPU tours enable the School to engage with primary and high school students, future students and sometimes even dignitaries. Another way to contribute the student voice is to participate in focus groups or serve on School Committees.

Each of these activities are an excellent way to demonstrate leadership. These activities also enable you to demonstrate collaboration as you work alongside academic and professional staff from with the School and across the University.

Participation in such activities will result in a certificate from the Dean as evidence of contributing to the School.

Please register your interest and you will be contacted by the Engagement Team to confirm your interest.
