The facilities associated with Allied health teaching and research include:

• New expanded laboratory areas for increased teaching capacity

• State of the art motion capture and movement analysis system

• GaiteRite system

• Telemed Ultra Sound system, GE Venue US machine

• Novel GmBh - EMED platform and Pedar in-shoe plantar pressure system

• Electromyography (EMG)

• Human Movement Research Laboratory, Biodex and in-ground force plate

• Two state-of-the-art non-invasive brain stimulation laboratories linked to the Brain and Neuroplasticity Unit (BRAiN-u) that include transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, electroencephalography (EEG), EMG, electrical stimulation and neuronavigation.
