Religion Research hosts seminars, roundtables, workshops, and other scholarly gatherings that bring together researchers working on religion across disciplines.

These events provide a forum for the presentation of new research, collegial discussion, and intellectual exchange among scholars, students, and the wider academic community. The initiative also collaborates with scholars and institutions internationally to host special lectures and research workshops.

Religion Seminar

The Religion Seminar is the initiative’s flagship seminar series, dedicated to showcasing cutting-edge research on religion. The series features presentations by scholars from Western Sydney University as well as invited speakers from national and international institutions.

Hosted by Associate Professor Milad Milani (Western Sydney University), the seminar provides a platform for presenting emerging research and fostering interdisciplinary dialogue in the study of religion.
