Power Transition in Asia Seminar
Power Transition In Asia: the Rise of China and its implications for the Asia Pacific

The two-day seminar will involve leading scholars from Australia, Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific. The aim of the seminar is to consider the dynamics of the power transition in Asia by examining four key themes: (i) the rise of China and its implications for the countries in the Asia Pacific; (ii) power transition in Asia in an historical context; (iii) Australian responses to power transition in the Asia Pacific; and (iv) debates within China on power transition.
