BIM Execution Framework for early stage estimating in PPP projects
Professor Srinath Perera, received GBP 15,000 as grant funding from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK and Glodon Company Ltd, China for the development of Best practice benchmarks for BIM enabled early-stage estimating for PPPs. The research was successfully concluded and the final report was submitted in December 2018.
