  • Speaker: Nathalie Delaunay Laboratory of Analytical and Bioanalytical and Miniaturization, UMR 8231 CNRS - ESPCI Paris PSL, PSL University, Paris, France. 2Sorbonne Université, Paris, France.
Topic: New analytical approaches to characterize the hormone specific to human pregnancy
Abstract: The human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is the hormone specific to human pregnancy. It is essential for the development of placenta and fetus. It is based on two heavily glycosylated subunits, hCGα and hCGβ, having 8 glycosylation sites. Some recent studies demonstrated that here is a correlation between the hCG glycosylation state and the fetus implantation. This is why the characterization of the hCG glycoformes is necessary. New analytical approaches have therefore been developed for this purpose.
  • Speaker: Miroslav Filipovic School of Science, Western Sydney University
    Topic: Australia W-files
Abstract: Where are they…. Everything that you ever wanted to know about Aliens and …. scared to ask? Fermi Paradox is alive or … What can we learn about so special planet Earth their inhabitants and nearby Universe. And, how to survive and live forever?
