Description

You are invited to attend an evening in dialogue with Professor Will Steffen, a world renowned Earth System scientist who will share his work on the Anthropocene — the “age of humans”. We ask Professor Steffen what changes in core cultural values and worldviews will be required to survive the looming state change in the Earth System. His address will be followed by a dialogue with a Western Sydney University panel and a lively audience Q&A session. Doors open at 5.30pm for a prompt 6.00pm start. All staff, students and community members are welcome to attend. Registration is essential as seats are limited. This forum is convened and supported by 21st Century Curriculum Renewal Project, Western Sydney University and Anthropocene Transition.
