Description

The School of Science and Health in partnership with Ingredion cordially invites you to join us for a guest lecture by Ray Deidrick on why health and safety in the food production industry matters. Ray will be speaking on work, health and safety initiatives and careers in the food manufacture and product/ingredient development industry.

Ray Deidrick, Senior Director, Asia-Pacific Operations, Singapore

Ray is based in the Ingredion Singapore and leads the operations function for the Asia-Pacific business including the EHS, sustainability, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering, customer experience, and continuous improvement functions. Ray has a bachelor degree in chemical engineering from Trine University and a master degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. He joined Ingredion in 2001 as a Plant Engineer in Indianapolis USA, moving to a department management role in 2004. He moved to China in 2007 to be Operations Manager and then to Thailand in 2012 as ASEANI Operations Director.
